v0.7.12 released

Just fixed another dumb bug with building the player for albums without cover art.

Also my build environment has gotten really annoying, due to how universal binaries work in Python. Does anyone know of anything like pillow that can install from an sdist instead of being stuck with a single-architecture binary wheel?
