Oops, builds were broken
Once again I have learned not to sleepily publish versions to itch.io at 2 AM without testing them.
Someday the lesson might actually stick!
Not that a changelist is necessary for this update but for the most part I made a bunch more changes to the framerate adaptation logic and hopefully it works better for more people now, and also I, um, fixed the build so it works at all, so that's important too.
